I used these for camping for the first time. Yummy and filling. They made for great meals in between snacks.Haven't tried all of them yet but the Chicken Pho was phenomenal and the oatmeal and the granola were excellent. High quality ingredients lead to a fantastic product. I was amazed the price was so low for these. Well worth it and I will be purchasing another box.I bought these for a backpacking trip and was so excited by the meals because they’re friendly for all my allergies and let’s be honest, sound so tasty! My trip was postponed a year so I brought them camping and tried them all and I was actually super thankful the backpacking didn’t happen because I wouldn’t have had everything I needed in order to make the meals taste good. I like strong flavor so maybe other customers will like this food alone. I personally added some garlic, fresh basil and tomatoes, sautéed onions and feta, but after that I could have eaten the meals multiple days in a row.Just got these today. Know they said for backpacking use, but I bought for emergencies like earthquake, etc. Was expecting at least a couple years storage. Oh well.I’m glad there is a low salt option available for freeze dried meals. Most of them give you your entire day worth of salt with two servings. These taste great too, even better than the more popular brands.Bring salt or something they aren’t bad but they aren’t flavored well either kinda starchy but easy to cook and useAll of the meals were great!! Full of flavor and awesome ingredients! I was pissed my package was opened by my local Amazon facility, but that’s not the sellers fault, all meals were still sealed the outside box was just tampered with.I used these for a 2 day hike and I was really suprised. The food tastes good and is pretty filling.
